Tail lights fail to turn off after shutting off truck The night before I noticed my tail lights did not turn off after over an hour in the garage. In order to preserve the battery I disconnected it. The next morning I connected it and drive to the dealer. 10 mins after shutting off my truck the lights were still on. 2 service people confirmed the problem. Later, when I called on the status I was told… 1 we could not duplicate the problem. 2 when you disconnected you lost all the codes. I didn’t want to argue but… 1. The problem was verified when I arrived by the service reps. As a customer, I feel bad they are implying I don’t know what I’m talking about 2. The problem happened at the dealership, verified by staff, TO IMPLY I deleted the codes by disconnecting the battery the night before is insulting. The only good thing that happened was Mark Thompson stopping by in the waiting area to say hi. More

Awesome customer service from start to finish. Brett was very helpful in purchasing a new vehicle. He set up a time for me to see it, had all the car fax and service info available as well. He gave Brett was very helpful in purchasing a new vehicle. He set up a time for me to see it, had all the car fax and service info available as well. He gave me the option to test drive the vehicle alone or with him which is a nice option to have. He wasn't pushy or anything with the sale and was very helpful and attentive. I had a lot of questions and he answered them honestly and thoroughly. Steve in the finance department was awesome as well. I know I kept both Brett and Steve past store close time, but neither one rushed me in the purchasing process. They both have awesome customer service skills! Although Eden Prairie is 30 miles from my home, I would definitely make the drive again to receive amazing customer service such as this! Thank you! More
