Ended up needing brake rotors/pads while my 2016 Colorado was in for a oil change/headlight replacement. No parts on site so needed a return visit which is not good on a fleet vehicle, my productivity takes was in for a oil change/headlight replacement. Time estimate was 1 hour which I verified twice before allowing service, and vehicle took over 2.5 hours. Most likely lost future service on my fleet vehicle because of that. More

Lied to me. No oil change performed. Neither was it reset as they said. Have a gratuitously exaggerated repair quote. Even other dealers quoted less.
