Repairs and service done as promised. Took my Chev Impala in for a recall notice and was serviced in a timely manner. Service experience Communication while my vehicle was in shop for 2 1/2 weeks for warranty was horrible. They did not have a loaner vehicle for me to use while they had Communication while my vehicle was in shop for 2 1/2 weeks for warranty was horrible. They did not have a loaner vehicle for me to use while they had my vehicle for 2 1/2 weeks. That is hard to believe. Very inconvenient. I had to keep calling for any update. I was not called when it was complete. I don't think I could recommend this shop again. More

Above and beyond I took my car in for an oil change. No real issues, I did mention that I had to get a jump for my battery the day before and that I was not sure if I I took my car in for an oil change. No real issues, I did mention that I had to get a jump for my battery the day before and that I was not sure if I left my door open or something else on. They did some investigating and shared that if you use your phone and leave the car while on a call, your bluetooth can continue to run using the battery. That was surprising but I am happy to know it now. They checked my battery and it was fine now. More
