Oil change Waiting room was warm and needs to be upgraded. Used to other dealerships having wifi, free beverages, cookies and comfortable seating. Far too long of a wait Ordinarily I have great service here. Recall 15822 is a hack job I got bombarded with emails and calls to have driver seat belt tensioner replacement done under recall 15822. The recall calls for butchering up my seat belt and ruining my first new truck that I care about. I came to pick up my vehicle to find chunks of rubber on the floor, grease on my seatbelt/seat. Looks like a boys scout was sent out with his pocket knife to whiddle the side of my seat. GM and dealership should explain that your cosmetically altering my vehicle and I would not have done this recall. xxxxxxxx. I asked that the panel be replaced and they just pushed me off saying that's what GM wants. I will seriously consider another manufacturer next time based on this experience. Oil change and trans fluid flush I knew I needed a transmission flush. I was quoted $170. Then I was told something about a pan and an old version so therefore it was going to cost ab I knew I needed a transmission flush. I was quoted $170. Then I was told something about a pan and an old version so therefore it was going to cost about $300. My other vehicle is older than this vehicle and those transmissions flushes were $150. Very little was explained about the significant increase in price. In addition, I was at the dealership for over 2 hours but upon our discussions I wasn't given a warning I would be there that long. Yes I suppose I could've asked those questions but my experiences at other dealerships suggests I shouldn't have to. Finally, my engine light was on and yet there wasn't a discussion on the engine light even though I received a "multi-point inspection". More
