Best service in town A/C unit was screeching and needed to be replaced, also it was determined I had a knocking in my engine. Decided to have it replaced along with the A A/C unit was screeching and needed to be replaced, also it was determined I had a knocking in my engine. Decided to have it replaced along with the A/C compressor. Job was done in 2 days, Avalanche is like new. Had 143,000 miles on the original engine. No more Avalanches available so since the rest of the truck was in good condition had it repaired. Looking forward to another 140,000 miles or more. Great service made this happen. Didn't deliver as promised Had a service light come on and received a prompt (costly) repair bill. They came up with another issue as well, also costly. I told them that service has been ignored the last 5 times I have brought the vehicle in. "Can you get it done this time?" "Absolutely" was the response. At pick up, that hadn't been done. Work is done right but is very expensive. I know you are in business to make money, but why not follow through on promised service? More
