I had 2 new tires put on my car. They did a great job of recommending and replacing the new tires. I did have 2 other issues they pointed out to me...but never really let me know how important those issues recommending and replacing the new tires. There was only one person on service when I arrived and hence there was a queue of cars out of the building. It took a while to get the car booked in. Eventually a second service rep did come back from t hence there was a queue of cars out of the building. It took a while to get the car booked in. Eventually a second service rep did come back from the new customer presentation. It seemed a bit wrong that new customers were being presented with a talk about how good the service is when existing customers were being made to wait. The group of new customers also saw the queue of cars waiting. More

I brought my car in for service because of a light on the dash (turned out to be a service engine light) It took much longer than anticipated, but Mike was very nice and kept me updated. Very pleased with service. The shuttle was gone and it wouldn't be returning for 40 minutes. I needed to get home quicker than waiting for the shuttle. Eric arranged a ride for me.
