Suburban Chevrolet - Service Center

We went to the Ford Dealer's (metro) just down the road. We found out they don't have a body shop. They sent us over to you guy's.We had some work done on our truck. We came back & picked up the truck when they called us. When we got it home I said to my husband, I thought they were suppost to fix the running light. They replaced the bulb but not the lens which is cracked & skuffed. They said it wasn't on the list to be fixed. My husband called the Insurance Company & she said she didn't know why it wasn't fixed, all they had to do was call & they would have given them the o.k & sent them another check. More

These guys are the WORST. I bought a $45,000 Suburban from them and every time I had a problem I had to wait FOREVER for them to fix it. They also didn't know their own warranty policy. On one occassion from them and every time I had a problem I had to wait FOREVER for them to fix it. They also didn't know their own warranty policy. On one occassion I had to go up to the sales department and borrow a manual (mine was in the vehicle) to PROVE to them that my serivce should be under warranty. Unbelieveable??!!!<br><br>In fairness to them, they did EVENTUALLY get the problem resolved but the whol experience was so FRUSTRATING that I suggest you STAY AWAY!!! I got rid of that truck and will NEVER do business with them again. More
