The girls ruined my pen trying to get it to work, and it was the wrong color anyway! The Parts Dept would not return for credit without my receipt! - Car wash closed AGAIN (not sure why - not raining) I’ve been trying since I purchased the vehicle to get them to figure out why there is such an odor when running the defrost, but they’ve never been able to figure it out. I wanted them to look at it again and was told I would have to pay $118 just for a diagnostic. I won’t go back. More

I would expect a good greeting and smooth check in, which did happen. But if regular benefits such as local ride home and car wash are not available then that should be stated up front when making appointmen did happen. And to blame the Covid 19 and think anyone who is appropriately educated to accept that is wrong. If that were the case why why did the service writer not cleanse the driving area, why was there not touch free sign in and out. The local drive home could have customer in back seat and masks and cleaning. The car wash could be by a coupon given to the customer. Or just say up front you dropped that.benefit. But is the extras that generate returns vs another GM dealer. More
