Well done including sanitizing the car. I continue to bring my car to this dealer because I believe they do great job. But I have complaint. Please only one survey per visit preferably from the dealer. More

Very helpful. Took time to answer questions. Daughter took SUV for oil change. She said techs had gloves on. She waited for the SUV in the waiting room and said only one other customer waiting. Good efficient service but Tim could have done a better job welcoming me and greeting a bit more enthusiastically. Tim tried to tell me that my complimentary oil changes were used up when I had a document job welcoming me and greeting a bit more enthusiastically. Tim tried to tell me that my complimentary oil changes were used up when I had a document that said I still had more. I asked him to read what it said but he shrugged me off and told me to "pull your vehicle in". Which I did. After that, I went and explained to Jeremy who actually read the document and took care of it. Having been a former director of customer service departments, I know the situation should have been handled better by Tim. More

Good service! Poor customer service by deck person I have had problems with my 2014 Camaro ignition key not releasing from ignition switch. Asked if there is a fix for this problem. Was told that I ha I have had problems with my 2014 Camaro ignition key not releasing from ignition switch. Asked if there is a fix for this problem. Was told that I had to pay $130 to diagnose the problem. Look the problem up on line and found that Camaro Forum had dealers putting in new ignition switches or new automatic shift assemblies and the problem was not curded. More
