Besides doing the spark plugs, Jeremy reviewed everything that had been checked over as well (fluids, tires, etc) and gave recommendations for certain items that might need to be done in the future. What a great Service Department! Also, a couple of notes: Customer Lounge area is kept quite clean, and the women who do all the checkout receipts have always been very friendly and helpful!
