Good service! Poor customer service by deck person I have had problems with my 2014 Camaro ignition key not releasing from ignition switch. Asked if there is a fix for this problem. Was told that I ha I have had problems with my 2014 Camaro ignition key not releasing from ignition switch. Asked if there is a fix for this problem. Was told that I had to pay $130 to diagnose the problem. Look the problem up on line and found that Camaro Forum had dealers putting in new ignition switches or new automatic shift assemblies and the problem was not curded. More

Needed All Spark Plugs Replaced - Great Job! I have been to this service center for many vehicle services I have needed. Jeremy Anderson and Tim Chvala were awesome to deal with from check-in to I have been to this service center for many vehicle services I have needed. Jeremy Anderson and Tim Chvala were awesome to deal with from check-in to check out. The job was done on time. Besides doing the spark plugs, Jeremy reviewed everything that had been checked over as well (fluids, tires, etc) and gave recommendations for certain items that might need to be done in the future. What a great Service Department! Also, a couple of notes: Customer Lounge area is kept quite clean, and the women who do all the checkout receipts have always been very friendly and helpful!
