Poor service Had new tires put on and was at the dealership for five hours. No explanation about why it took so long. Poor work and worse customer service Left my truck for 4 days (Saturday-Wednesday) with dealership for a squeaky and sticking accelerator pedal issue. Picked up my new vehicle, drove it Left my truck for 4 days (Saturday-Wednesday) with dealership for a squeaky and sticking accelerator pedal issue. Picked up my new vehicle, drove it off lot and onto highway, and exact issue still existed. Called back and was welcomed with rude response, and said I could schedule appt to bring truck back in. Was leaving out of state for holidays the next day, so rental wasn’t an option either as I was informed by dealership that rentals weren’t allowed to be taken out of state. This place has never been a pleasure to do business with. It’s almost like dealing with customers is a hassle. I wish I had a closer option. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I’ll drive to White Bear Lake, for any service or to buy a new vehicle before I deal with this place again. More
Horrible Service Called Tuesday morning and schedule a service appointment for 8am Wednesday morning. Dropped off vehicle and received a called Wednesday morning with Called Tuesday morning and schedule a service appointment for 8am Wednesday morning. Dropped off vehicle and received a called Wednesday morning with my quote. Was told they’d have it ready same day (Wed.). I gave them the OK to proceed. Fast forward to Wednesday at 4:30pm and I still haven’t received a call. I call over there and get told “Oh sorry sir we had to order a part and it will be ready in the morning.” OK - A phone call telling me that would have been nice. Fast forward to Thursday morning at 11:30am. Still no call. I call and get told “yeah that part should be here any minute and will be ready this afternoon.” 5pm Thursday rolls around and still no call. I call over “Yeah part won’t be in until tomorrow morning, ready first thing Friday morning.” I didn’t receive a phone call once during this time period. I had to call every single time. Didn’t receive my vehicle until 4:30pm Friday night. I get that sometimes parts are in transit, but give me a call and let me know. I wasted $150 on Uber rides to and from work because they simply couldn’t call me and give me a timeline. When I told the service department my displeasure I was told “Yeah well Melissa went home sick so that’s why you didn’t get a call.” OK - This happened over a 3 day period? She wasn’t sick all three days? And even if she was, that means I’m screwed and can’t get a phone call when I’m without my vehicle? Bad service top to bottom and I won’t be going back to that dealership ever again. These things probably don’t get read or passed up to totem pole but honestly - Piss poor service at this dealer. More

Oil change tire rotation and two recalls performed Excellent service yesterday at Suburban Chevrolet. I was able to use a coupon that made it cheaper for the services. Unexpectedly disappointed I have chosen a dealer centered service mainly because I expected that the materials and quality of service would be in line with the manufacturer and I have chosen a dealer centered service mainly because I expected that the materials and quality of service would be in line with the manufacturer and brand. This was not the case. I had the brakes and tires replaced in full and i don’t believe that the materials used were of the same quality as the original. The brake drums show rust already and the brakes themselves screech after sitting just overnight. In addition, after the brake and tire work, several of the wheels vibrated and I had to bring it back for balancing which was an additional charge and still not fixed completely. It was a much smoother ride on the old worn out products. Lastly I also had a key fob replaced and had called in advance to ensure the product was available. When my wife went to pick it up, she noticed that it didn’t have the valet key. She was told that the key would need to be purchased elsewhere and treated her with disrespect when she tried to understand. We have yet to find a place where this key is available as it is integral to the key fob including the loop to connect it to a keyring. Disappointed considering we were charged several hundred dollars for a half of a key fob. Frustrating. This is not the first time we have cordially provided feedback, have yet to receive a suitable response to our concerns and truthfully have several services that are not complete. More
