Would not take coupon I would have had a great positive experience had it not been for a couple things. We were told since you had to keep the vehicle over night we would I would have had a great positive experience had it not been for a couple things. We were told since you had to keep the vehicle over night we would have no charge for the courtesy car. We were billed 105 dollars. Then tried to use a coupon that you give us and are told that you already discounted. Sorry but the the heck are the coupons for then. A bit shady to me. I service my vehicle where I buy it and am very loyal. Chances are I won’t be buying from suburban based on this experience. Dont send coupons if I can’t use them especially for a 2200 maintenance bill for something under 100k miles More

Last Minute Service My car began having problems on a Saturday morning. I was able to get in contact with Jeremy and he had me swing in to pick up a rental car and drop My car began having problems on a Saturday morning.
