Best Service Department I’ve purchased 3 vehicles from Suburban Chev. I have always had nothing but a great experience when I brought my vehicles in for service. From the service advisors, Mike and Tim, to the service manager Reid, I know my car is in the best hands and they truly care about my vehicle and they go out of their way to make my experience the best as they possibly can. There has been a big change for the better since Reid became the Service Manager. Mike, Tim and Reid I will always remain a Suburban Chevrolet customer! Thank you for taking care of me and my vehicle! A++ to all... (Mike was not on the list for this review but he is very knowledgeable and truly cares. I was asked if I wanted a car wash, I said yes, and I did not receive the car wash Also the driver said floor mat was filthy I was not happy More

Everything fixed perfectly! Diagnosed failing turbo and water pump and wheel bearing issue and fixed all under warranty.
