Reid made things right My car had 38,000 miles on it...apparently the part that broke, the warranty ended at 36,000 miles....they made me pay for a “diagnostic” for a nearly My car had 38,000 miles on it...apparently the part that broke, the warranty ended at 36,000 miles....they made me pay for a “diagnostic” for a nearly brand new car... I called the warranty center prior to bringing the car in and I was told the warranty on my car was still good. After paying $129.95, I then had to pay another $205 for a sensor. I understand cars break, but being a loyal customer and always purchasing BRAND NEW vehicles for personal and work...you would’ve thought they might split the diagnostic fee being it was so close to “warranty” mileage. Mike your service rep, needs to learn “customer service” skills. I’ll go back to the Mauer Chev in IGH, where they treat you properly. Never again will I give Eden Prairie dealership another penny. Update 5/24/2019: Reid from their office called me and refunded the charges. Reid went over and beyond and understands what customer service is! Changing my review off my experience with Reid. More

Unplanned visit I needed to bring my car in because it wouldn’t start. I didn’t have an appointment. I called and was told exactly what I should do to bring it in. These guys don't care Went for an oil change and to have some key fobs programmed that I purchased on eBay. Oil change was fine but they told me the key fobs didn't work. I looked up the cause and it was likely that the system was not reset after the oil change. I took the car to the dealer and they confirmed that a reset was needed. So the mechanic was basically inept. I suggested that the mechanic perhaps needed training and the service advisor walked away from me While he turned off the service light it seems like he disabled certain alarm functions on the car. For instance I noticed that the seatbelt alarm no longer works. The service advisor was rude and and a jerk. I'm finding a new chevy mechanic More
