Airbag recall I am comparing this visit to my recent visit to a Honda dealership for the same airbag recall. Honda washed my car, topped off wiper fluid, and antifreeze. They also did a safety inspection. None of these were performed by you. Service wasn’t overly friendly. After picking up my truck, I sat in the used car lot for 10 mins looking at a truck, no one came out. Yes I could have gone in, but in my past experiences, I usually have been approached when looking at cars in the lot. Very helpful and satisfactory. Hl, I had a battery go bad. Called and talked to your sales Manager Scott who referred me to Christine in the service dept. They take to long Brought my car in for oil change/tire rotation. They normally take about a hour for this. Also had a battery error from OnStar being looked at. Probably from when starting it when it was -30 degrees. Informed Mike that if the error was going to take to long, that I would like to reschedule for another day to look at that. After 2 hours of sitting in waiting room, I had to go ask what the status was? I that point Mike informed me was going to check. He came back saying they were going to test the battery. Said it could be 30-70 minutes for that. After waiting 70 more minutes had to go ask again and he informed me they were fishing up the oil change and rotation?!! 4 hours I spent there on a Saturday morning. I was never offered a ride so I could pick up later. Overall bad service. More
