When asked about the lack of past records in your computer database on my truck, I explained to Tim that I am a new customer that used to bring my truck to village Chevrolet. Upon learning this, Tim reached out to village Chevrolet for me to gain an understanding of my vehicles history and learned that there was some work that needed to be done. This small and easy, extra step that Tim took not only made me feel like a valued costumer, but hekped award your dealership additional business that would not have been captured otherwise. Tim should be verbally praised and celebrated for his actions because he gained you a loyal customer which gains the dealership, well who knows how much money! More

New tires All staff seemed helpful. It would been nice if the paperwork was ready when the car was. My car was brought out and after waiting 15 minutes I went u All staff seemed helpful. She did go check but was told they had many slips to write up for people that were waiting. There was 3 other people who brought their cars after me but their slips were written up before mine. One car was even parked behind mine. One slip was wrong so it had to be rewritten and that delayed the time also. I also was not told why my tires were not inflated to the recommended psi. More

Mixed opinion Happy with the service. Unhappy that had a appointment scheduled for a Thursday and the vehicle didn't even get in to be looked at until Friday. Then Happy with the service. Why schedule an appointment if you can't even get the vehicle to be looked at on the day the appointment was for. Then when you can't get it in you charge for a vehicle to use because you have the vehicle. More
