Great service, mixed review on the Tahoe Although the staff was extremely helpful and nice, my negative comments are solely based on the design of the Tahoe. This is my second headlight to go out and replacing it is so completely ridiculous that Chevy must design it this way to get more money out of their customer. It took about two hours out of my day....driving there, sitting there waiting, etc. in order to get a basic light bulb changed. Plus the cost was $123. That was just for this one too. This is my fifth or sixth Tahoe and based on this, it will be my last. I just feel it's a cheap way to get more money out of your customers. More

Oil change / tire rotation I purchased my truck here and have been getting my oil changed here for over 3 years. While my purchase allows for free car washes at every oil change I purchased my truck here and have been getting my oil changed here for over 3 years. While my purchase allows for free car washes at every oil change, I have NEVER received a car wash. On my last visit, I paid for a tire rotation and marked each wheel before my appointment. After the service was completed, I was disappointed to see that my tires were never rotated. This makes me question whether my tires have ever been rotated since this was the first time i marked them. It will be hard to justify service or future purchases from this dealership. More

Should 1 hour of repair labor cost $363.95 I gave 3 stars and NO because I was charged $363.95 for labor and $33.00 for misc. charges for a part that was easy to remove and plug back in taking I gave 3 stars and NO because I was charged $363.95 for labor and $33.00 for misc. charges for a part that was easy to remove and plug back in taking about 1 hour.. I was not asked about the coupons I receive on a regular basis. Very rude and disrespectful I came into service to get my car worked on and Tim Chvala said "hey what do you want now" very rudely. Once my car was done I never got a phone call I came into service to get my car worked on and Tim Chvala said "hey what do you want now" very rudely. Once my car was done I never got a phone call I had to keep calling to check on the status. Once I came to pick it up he tried to charge me more than what he quoted me over the phone and would not agree about the cost and kept saying that I am wrong. During all of this he was very rude and short with me. I will not ever come back here again very poor customer service. People like Tim should not work with the public!!! More

Timely repair. Gave me ride home near closing time. Very timely repair. Dropped off later saturday and picked up monday evening. Not Tested! I had a remote program with remote start they tried to send me on my way with out it working. No one tested it first. Once I pointed out it didn’t wor I had a remote program with remote start they tried to send me on my way with out it working. No one tested it first. Once I pointed out it didn’t work it took some more searching with a few xxxxxxxxx answers to find out why my remote start would not work. Once there was a reason then the extra charges were brought up to find the actual solution. I politely declined and left knowing that my business will be tested elsewhere! More
