I bought my 2014 Cruz from this dealer, as first and (probably) last owner. It has only been serviced by Suburban Chev and at 63,000 miles, so far, has needed minimal maintenance. The shifter dash light error was resolved and repaired, however we asked that the 4 tires be checked to make sure the air matched. This wasn’t done. It was brought up a couple of times when the car was fir however we asked that the 4 tires be checked to make sure the air matched. This wasn’t done. I have a hard time believing that the multi point inspection got completed when this task was not done. Overall though, service has been positive at this dealership. More
