Inaccurate diagnosis Either the techs were incompetent or the dealership was trying to over charge- both are deplorable. I picked my car up and in less than 5 minutes in my garage discovered that $400 of service was corrected by tightening a bolt. I'm not a mechanic but easily figured this out and they wanted to charge nearly $400 to replace this part. More

They were more helpful than another local Chevy dealership and I will be bringing my vehicle here from now on! More

Unlock radio Nobody sent me on an errand to another dept, I was walked to the next counter, I was helped while the phone rang, I was offered a ride before I knew o Nobody sent me on an errand to another dept, I was walked to the next counter, I was helped while the phone rang, I was offered a ride before I knew one was available, the advice and verbal estimate on phone was accurate, the experience was so good that I was encouraged to ask the parts counter for other items, parts were in stock, and the staff answered my questions while the phone rang. This is my first Chevrolet and first trip to a chev dealer. I like driving it. I liked my visit. Thank you. More

Not impressed at all Had appointment for oil change and rotate at 7:30am Monday morning. Was told under an hour. Inquiring about tires/plugs/and tranny flush. Was given some options in the waiting room, but after about 2 hours the advisor walked in and said the oil change was on the house because of the wait and the car was outside. I was thankful for that, but I wasnt told about anything as far as car status or what I could use or any recommendations. Kind of left in the dust. Other dealers try to sell me things and let me know about service recommendations. Was disappointed with this visit. More
