Unprofessional work I had my truck in for ac work and when I got it back a bunch of things in the cab were moved around like they dug though my truck but nothing was mis I had my truck in for ac work and when I got it back a bunch of things in the cab were moved around like they dug though my truck but nothing was missing when I got my truck back I saw a metallic object sticking out of my hood by my windshield upon further inspection i noticed that a pair of pliers were pinched between the hood a plastic by the windshield when i went to remove said pliers i also noticed that my fuse box cover was off and filled with water from the car wash i got from Chevrolet also my caps for the ac hook ups were missing i contacted the dealer and told them they said they would order me new caps but I was never contacted again when i called back on the matter i was brushed off More

Refund not given I had a negative experience and I got a call with a manager who wanted to rectify my bill. I was frustrated because I came back to Suburban Chev because I received a card in the mail with a coupon for a $39.99 Oil Change/ Tire Rotation / Ins I was frustrated because I came back to Suburban Chev because I received a card in the mail with a coupon for a $39.99 Oil Change/ Tire Rotation / Inspection / Carwash. Melissa asked me when I checked in if we were doing a tire rotation with the oil change. I said yes and presented the coupon. When I left at the first time, I only received half of the services promised with the coupon. I get that car washes have issues and may not always be available, but it was just an extra thing that made my experience yesterday not satisfactory. Reid was able to get me back in and have my tires rotated the same day, which I appreciate. However I wish it was done the first time around. More

After arriving for this appointment, employees in the "Parts Dept" were very courteous and helpful with getting my items ready so I could finish the process with the Service Center. After everything was complete, my vehicle was waiting for me at the Service Door! Thank you all! Also, the lovely lady who processes all the payments is wonderful! I never see her without a smile :) More
