Worst experience with my vehicle being serviced I was jerked around for almost 2 weeks about when my vehicle would be ready. I was transferred between service reps twice nobody called to update me I was jerked around for almost 2 weeks about when my vehicle would be ready. I was transferred between service reps twice nobody called to update me on my vehicle or when it would be ready or why it was being postponed . The towing company you guys provided made me wait 3 1/2 hours in the middle of November in the cold . When I kept inquiring about my vehicle I was given attitude . Eventually a loaner vehicle was provided to me which I was told was free of charge then when I got my bill I was charged almost $400 for my rental and tow. Again I was under the impression I would be paying for my toe I am not disputing that .Because my previous rep was out sick I ended up having to pay it because they had no proof that I was told my loaner car was supposed to be covered . I called Friday to inquire about my vehicle and they told me it was ready so I have no idea how long my car was ready because nobody called me or left a voicemail because I was avidly checking my phone. So I am assuming I was nickel and dimed on a rental car because nobody called me so as far as I know my car had been ready since Wednesday/Thursday and no one let me know this racking up my fee for the equinox . I’ve owned two vehicles my whole life both Chevy because of this experience I will probably never own another Chevy vehicle again and I will never recommend the Eden Prairie location to anyone. More
