3 month repair My truck required a motor replacement under warranty. The original repair took 3 weeks but I only made it 70 miles before it had to be towed back in. My truck required a motor replacement under warranty. The original repair took 3 weeks but I only made it 70 miles before it had to be towed back in. After another 1 1/2 weeks They charged me $600+ dollars. Which I questioned the validity but paid. Only made it 2 blocks before failure. After another 3 weeks (part back order) I picked it up and made it 300 yards before failure. Back to the original failure codes that I was charged for but didn’t work. Finally 3+ weeks later the call came it was done....Over 12 weeks later. I picked it up and the check engine light came on on the way home. Unbelievable! More

Dropped my car off the next day and was called and told they didn’t have the bulb. When I told the guy that was the primary reason for the visit he didn’t say anything other than ‘well they were wrong - I don’t know what system they were looking in.” How about a simple apology? It took the guy 25 minutes to check my car in. Is it really that complicated when I gave the girl on the phone all of the info the day before. Night and day between this dealership and the Honda dealership that I take my Honda too. More

They stayed on problem on the problem until it was resolved I bought a new engine and transmision along with many other parts . Oil change mess I had my oil changed at Suberban Chev about 3 weeks ago. After the oil change I started noticing oil dripping on my driveway under the car.I took it b I had my oil changed at Suberban Chev about 3 weeks ago. After the oil change I started noticing oil dripping on my driveway under the car.I took it back to get this checked and was told it was caused by a "messy" oil change. They cleaned it up, apologized and did a exterior car wash for no charge. My complaint is two fold. First, the car wash was done poorly. Secondly, when I brought up the damage that the oil dripping did to my recently sealcoated driveway, the the service rep blew it off. Between the extra trip back to service and the damaged seal coating, I thought some help to repair or pay to clean up the oil would be in order. Thanks for your time. John Shenk More

Terrible customer service Tim greeted me with a 'sup'. Cashier day I dropped off was rude and uninterested in helping.
