The service should be recommended when your having performance issues and/or the mechanics inspects injectors or the electronic throttle body and sees carbon deposits. Searching the web found no value in this as a valid preventative value. Are you really looking after my truck? More

Honest, transparent, and helpful I had a problem with the ABS in my older Corvette. GM not longer made the needed parts. Jeremy helped my find possible websites sitting with my comput I had a problem with the ABS in my older Corvette. GM not longer made the needed parts. Poor. Slow Had an appointment for 7am for oil change and tire rotation and balance. With appointment should have taken 45 minuets to an hour 2 and a half hour Had an appointment for 7am for oil change and tire rotation and balance. After changes, something's missing. They asked if I wanted a free car wash. I said yes, but when I picked up my vehicle it wasn't washed. They no longer offer regular oil changes, only They asked if I wanted a free car wash. I said yes, but when I picked up my vehicle it wasn't washed. They no longer offer regular oil changes, only synthetic which cost $15-20 more. They are no longer open past 6 p.m. any night of the week, making pick-up more difficult. They did allow me to pay over phone and locked vehicle so I could get it with my spare key. The extras were the only reason to go to the dealer. With those gone, I don't see a reason to return. More
