I dropped one of my card off after closing time as I needed a jumpstart at the end of work to get it started. ( on the previous oil change and rotation, the pressures of the four tires varied wildly, making me wonder if pressures were checked at all. 3) Wanted to charge me for an oil change that was included in the Certified Vehicle Program. 4) Both times I have had the pickup serviced, the ‘computer system’ didn’t work and I did not receive A copy of the checklist. It did work well enough to print the bill. More

Austin was a very positive and friendly representative of Suburban Chev. You should open the car wash again and maybe benchmark other non GM service departments in the Twin Cities metro area.
