Easy and comfortable. I went to the dealership after I purchased my leased vehicle because the windshield cracked. Top Notch! I am not someone that is easy to sell (lease) a car to. I do thorough research on the vehicle before leasing, therefore i know when i get a good deal I am not someone that is easy to sell (lease) a car to. I had 3 months still left on my lease and Tim Brown was just supposed to show me my options for a Pacifica. To get to the point, he came back and made sure to work for me and after a few discussions came to my price point. Now i am a very happy lessee of a new 2018 Pacifica. I told Tim even if he didn't sell me a vehicle that he was the most professional and preferable car salesman I've dealt with in my time with buying/leasing cars.
