First and foremost, as I am an engineer at FCA, I am very fond with the way this dealership represents Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram products and services as a whole.
My first day walking into the dealership, I made a haste decision when choosing a vehicle. I was not satisfied with my decision and my salesman was fairly new. He tried to cater to my needs but lacked the knowledge to provide me with options- I’m assuming he was never put in a position such as mine (*none of this was his fault*). He contacted his supervisor Mathew MacEachern who had sat down with me so that he could understand my predicament. Matthew was willing to work with me. He provided multiple options but I was still unsure with what route I wanted to pursue.
After sleeping on my decision, I called in the next morning. The receptionist placed me in contact with their sales manager, Ben Heer. I assumed he would be reluctant to help, as the initial decision was already fixed. However, I was wrong. Ben went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% satisfied. He was less concerned with making a sale and more determined with making sure I was a satisfied customer. His kindness and professionalism resulted with me leaving with not one but two vehicles. I was pleased with his demeanor and representation for Suburban Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Troy.
