DO NOT order anything from the parts department. They partnered with some outside company that is beyond disorganized. I ordered an item, paid for it. Parts department is an absolute mess to deal with. We have a commercial account and I had four orders completely missed, and the remainder of our parts were never delivered. When I called to ask if they were going to deliver our parts, I was just told "no" and that they didn't have the staff. No call or notice. I had also ordered a part and confirmed the pricing while ordering. We picked the part up and didn't notice that they had raised the price over a third higher. I have called twice to fix this, just to be put on hold. The longest was 26 minutes and I couldn't wait any longer. Looks like I will have to go to the credit card co for help. More

Suburban Jeep had me bring in my vehicle for service on Jan 31, 2023 after I called about an issue. Today is May 15th and my vehicle is still at the service center waiting. I understand this is not all Suburbans fault, it's a @Stellantis problem waiting on parts, but do better. You want customers for life, give updates, I should not be the one asking for updates. I also should not be receiving marketing flyers every other week stating, " we want to buy your Jeep, we have interested parties", my Jeep is the only one like it on your lot, I know people ask, my coworker tried to purchase it until she realized it was mine. I receive no news, no updates, no timing. Why would I recommend your service? Change my mind, currently I tell everyone I know to stear clear! Very unhappy Stellantis customer. More
