I brought on our 2014 Charger RT for a recall this morning. I had made an appointment, and was VERY late for it.
Not only did they still service my vehicle, but they were not at all irritated, and they did not act like other dealership service members who berate you, or act like you have ruined their day, when you are either exactly on time, or maybe runnibg a few minutes late. (If they were irritated at all, they definitely did not show it, or let me know at all)
Within seconds of pulling in, I was happily greeted by Fred Gregory, and John Thomas. They got everything put into the system within what seemed like seconds, complimented me on the condition of my vehicle, and had it in the service bay within minutes.
They even got me set up with (I am so sorry, but I can't remember his name, I think it may be Mark?) another very nice man, who had previously repaired a very large gauge in the windshield of my Charger the last time that I had it in for service. I honestly thought I would have to have the windshield replaced. He did such a great job on the repair, that you can barely see it, so I wanted to see if he could repair the windshield chip on my Explorer. They very quickly arranged a time for me to bring in my Explorer to have the chip repaired in that windshield.
When I made the appointment, I was told it would take about an hour and a half to 2 hours.
I was taken to a VERY nice waiting area, and after maybe a half an hour was told that my Charger was done!
WOW! Very awesome service, and VERY quick vehicle service! Thanks so much! I have never had such a great experience with the service dept at a dealership before!
