"Service Your Car Somewhere Else"

I am completely unsatified about the service department of Suburban Dodge Troy. I suggest if you need your car fixed for warranty work, find a different dealership. Was told at a previous appointment (oil change) to schedule an appointment to get my tire pressure sensors replaced. Attempted to bring my car in for warranty work before my warranty expired. Shop is backed up for 3 weeks, the best they could do was an overnight a week after warranty expired. Brought car in to get tire pressure sensors changed out, work done on my uConnect which glitched every time I try to plug in my phone, and a checkup. The worker told me I should try a different outlet for my uConnect. I was told they reprogrammed my tire pressure sensors. When I went to get my keys, they didnt even have paperwork for me. Makes me wonder if they even looked at my car at all. 3 miles after I leave, my pressure sensors go out again. On my way back to the dealership, I noticed a crack in my windshield I had never seen before. I bring my car back in to get the work done and the workers argued with me about the windshield instead of helping me figure out if this is covered under warranty or offering to perform any kind of replacement work. I didn’t even blame the dealership, I asked if they knew what happened to it. But all the workers wanted to do was tell me it was there for a “long time” and that they would “check the tapes.” Inquired about a rental car, but was told there weren’t any. Walked out completely pissed off. This place will not be getting one dime from me again.

"Easy and comfortable."

I went to the dealership after I purchased my leased vehicle because the windshield cracked. Tim and Kyler were extremely helpful, as well as the rest of the service team. I was in and out of there within 15 mintues, which to me, is unheard of.

"Excellent customer service"

I bought a 07 Toyota Camry from them a couple weeks ago, "As-is". After leaving the lot I noticed some squeaking in the rear brakes... that next week, it seemed to get worse--even starting to make some grinding sounds when I braked. When I had it checked out, I learned I needed new rotors and brakes. I called the dealership expecting to be rejected... BUT to my surprise they replaced both the brakes and rotors for free! The salesman and the service riders were polite, respectful and listened to my concerns. They didn't question or argue--which says a lot in today's world. Would definitely recommend!

"I brought in our 2014 Charger RT for a recall"

I brought on our 2014 Charger RT for a recall this morning. I had made an appointment, and was VERY late for it. Not only did they still service my vehicle, but they were not at all irritated, and they did not act like other dealership service members who berate you, or act like you have ruined their day, when you are either exactly on time, or maybe runnibg a few minutes late. (If they were irritated at all, they definitely did not show it, or let me know at all) Within seconds of pulling in, I was happily greeted by Fred Gregory, and John Thomas. They got everything put into the system within what seemed like seconds, complimented me on the condition of my vehicle, and had it in the service bay within minutes. They even got me set up with (I am so sorry, but I can't remember his name, I think it may be Mark?) another very nice man, who had previously repaired a very large gauge in the windshield of my Charger the last time that I had it in for service. I honestly thought I would have to have the windshield replaced. He did such a great job on the repair, that you can barely see it, so I wanted to see if he could repair the windshield chip on my Explorer. They very quickly arranged a time for me to bring in my Explorer to have the chip repaired in that windshield. When I made the appointment, I was told it would take about an hour and a half to 2 hours. I was taken to a VERY nice waiting area, and after maybe a half an hour was told that my Charger was done! WOW! Very awesome service, and VERY quick vehicle service! Thanks so much! I have never had such a great experience with the service dept at a dealership before! Grade A everything guys! Thanks a bunch!

"Warranty Repair"

Do yourself a favor and don't buy a Dodge and certainly don't buy a Dodge from this dealership. You would not believe the trouble that I had to go through to just get a warranty parking sensor fixed! 3 visits, still not fixed. They now have had my vehicle for 4 days on this 3rd visit and on day 4 they have yet to even replace the part! It took them 3 days to even diagnose the problem, finally called on the 4th day, and to just tell me they were replacing the same part as the 2nd visit....then they called back again and said that they need it longer because they wrote it up as if the fix from the 2nd visit never had the module replaced. Now they need it for another day to paint and cure the part that should have been fixed the first time. I just want my truck back and fixed!! I even offered for them to take out the fuse and I'll go without the feature! It has just over $1k miles and it is sitting in the shop over a parking sensor!!! This has gone too far!

"Help with car feature"

We must leased a Grand Caravan from Kurt at Suburban Chrysler. We bought our 20 year old daughter a used 2009 Chrysler PT Cruiser. We could not understand how to fold the back seat so we drove over to ask Kurt, he was very nice and kind to take time to show my daughter how do fold the seats. She was impressed with his willingness to help.

Sounds crazy, but I actually "like" bringing my family's vehicles in for service at this dealership. I can't say I "know" anyone over there, but I've dealt with George for all of my service work since the dealership opened and he and the team have been excellent. George does a great job getting back to me if I leave a message, he calls with the important decision topics and leaves out the "can I get you to buy a ______" conversation since the car is here. Additionally, when the team has noticed something during the repair process, he checks things first and if it's covered... he tell you "the tech noticed this, I see it's covered under your extended warranty... so we took care of that while it's in". I'll take that treatment all day every day.

"Worst dealer experience I've ever had"

Brought truck in for warranty body work. Delt directly with service manager the entire time. After warranty work was approved they failed to order any parts to do the work. After 5 weeks I returned to dealer to see what delay was, service manager still had paperwork but never ordered parts. Once parts were finally ordered they forgot to get them painted. After almost another 3 weeks the parts were finally painted and ready but they failed to notify me for installation. Finally got parts installed, picked up truck, and found orange paint on my front bumper (I have a black truck). So not only did it take over 2 months to do a simple hood replacement someone hit something with my truck too.
