Mr. Recore, I am not sure why you are unhappy with the dealership or Brad. The condition of the vehicle (both the good and the bad) was known when you took delivery. You drove the vehicle for a week with the option to return the vehicle and decided to keep it. We offered you a couple of options, one of which was a check for $500, to address the issues you brought up. You chose which way you wanted to proceed. This was not a situation where you were not informed, didn't have time to think it through, or mistreated in anyway. If you would like to discuss this further please give me a call at 248-206-6800. correction, i was not aware of headlamp. i was not aware of 2 broken nozzels,i was NOT aware the liftgate was going to cost 800. Please dont put it on me that i was aware, because i was not. my feelings are just what i expressed. you chose to respond on a public fourm rather then reaching out to me personally. That in and of itself speaks volumes....... it is what it is !! why i should have to shell out ANY MORE MONEY after buying this vehical is ridiculous......nice attempt but fell very short!!!!.

Update half-truths and lies would also be an update of my comments just do not deal with them you will thank yourself later. Another step do not trust any of them & verify everything 2 times over. In the short term they may get by, however in the long term their time as a dealer will be coming to a close do to their being dishonest-not to trust and verify all their statements 2-3 times over.

In addition to half-truths/lies they noted they had mailed my garage door opener left in my trade and were mailing it to me. It was never received, and they own me $50 to replace the one never mailed. Do not trust them as evidenced here and my earlier comments. Thanks!
