I returned 2 days later, the vehicle was in service, Anthony took me over so i could get a look at it, he showed me all the work that was being performed. I returned the next day, test drovee the car and Anthony was able to get me above BB value for my trade in. I started my search by visiting several dealerships to test drive many different small SUV models from Chevy, GMC, Buick, Jeep,Toyota and Ford. Since I have family members that work at all of the big-three, I could get the employee discount on whatever model I liked the best. It was a difficult decision to make, but we all agreed that the 2016 Ford Escape seemed to meet our needs the best, and it had the best incentives and rebates. I have never owned a Ford product before, so I decided to give Ford a shot. Our sales person Nick Burns at Suburban Ford of Ferndale was Great. He made our decision where to purchase our new Ford Escape any easy one. Nick was very knowledgeable about the products he sells, very helpful and patient. I loved his no-pressure sales approach and he made my family feel comfortable throughout the process. Nick went out of his way to locate the exact car that we wanted at another Suburban Ford location and had it ready for delivery at the time he promised. Ford Taurus We were in need for a larger family vehicle as our family is wxpanding. Filled out an application online and received a phone call the following morn We were in need for a larger family vehicle as our family is wxpanding. Filled out an application online and received a phone call the following morning to set up an appointment with Matt Sowter. From the minute my wife and I met with Matt, we knew that we were going to be taken care of rather than taken advantage of. Matt asked what we were looking for and the amount that we were comfortable with to pay for the vehicle and by the end of the evening he said that we would have the vehicle that we were looking for. He was very straight forward and honest, and did not try to push us into something that we did not want. By the end of the night we had purchased a 2013 Ford Taurus. If there is anyone who is need of a vehicle new or used, I would not recommend anyone else but Matt Sowter to help get them thru to the vehicle they are looking for. The only downside to our experience was in the cleanliness of the vehicle when we picked it up. On the surface it looked immaculate. When we got home and began to place car seats and other things in the vehicle we began to notice the dirt on the leather and a sticky substance on armrests and in the cup holders. When you pulled down the center armrest in the backseat it was covered with dirt and what seemed to be syrup. Worst of all is the musty / mildew odor that is now present since the air freshener from the detail at the dealership has worn off. We have tried to remove the smell with no success. We hope there is a way that this can be resolved. I do understand that this was a used vehicle, but at the same time the Suburban stamp is on it and it should be treated with the same care as a new vehicle. As stated above, Matt Sowter was fantastic to meet and a pleasure to do business with. My wife and I will be sure to send all of our friends and family his way when they are ready to upgrade to new vehicles. We cannot thank Matt enough for his help. More

Quick and painless transaction. Found a used truck I was interested in on CL so I decided to take a drive to Suburban Ford of Ferndale to take a look at it. I got there before open hours but Dave Askew was there and answered any questions I had. He then introduced me to Anthony Charles who got me in the truck for a test drive and I was sold.
