from start to finish. the process was made easy and the up-to-date knowledge that the staff had was amazing. i tried working with another dealership on the purchase of my the process was made easy and the up-to-date knowledge that the staff had was amazing. i tried working with another dealership on the purchase of my current vehicle but with no luck. the other dealership would not return my calls but when i called Romeo Ford, it only took one phone call and they took care of the rest. i would highly recommend Romeo Ford to my family and friends. Since I am handicapped it is a great service this dealership provides locally to come and pick up your car for oil, filter, tire rotation service and return the car to your home. There was a problem dealership provides locally to come and pick up your car for oil, filter, tire rotation service and return the car to your home. There was a problem with one of the tires going flat while sitting in the driveway after it was returned. Matt with the mobile repair unit was sent to our home. He took care of the problem and was extremely polite and helpful. Wish all employees at service companies were like Matt. More

This dealership has terrible customer service. I was in contact with two people from the sales department, Aaron & Mariana, about coming out to test drive a vehicle we were really interested in pu I was in contact with two people from the sales department, Aaron & Mariana, about coming out to test drive a vehicle we were really interested in purchasing. We live an hour away so I set up a test drive the day ahead and then asked that they please let me know if the vehicle had been sold or someone put a hold on it prior to our arrival. I received confirmation the day of that the vehicle was available. We drove all the way to Romeo and arrived at 9:12am (they opened at 9am) just to be told that someone put a hold on the vehicle. This was a total bait & switch!! Of course Aaron offered to find us another vehicle. We expressed our disappointment with the lack of customer care and Aaron immediately became combative and had the nerve to argue with us about it. I highly suggest going to another dealership where they do not use such dishonest tactics. More
