Took Escape in for brake job and service writer quoted much higher price than other Ford dealers and when I didn’t move forward with the brake joy, service writer kept lowering the price. More

I won’t service my vehicle with Elder Ford again and I will use other dealerships that I can trust. Knowing that service writers and tech’s work on commission, I was extremely disappointed with your dealership
