As a female buyer this is the only dealership that I’ve ever visited that has treated me fairly. Elder Ford makes me feel so comfortable, they are genuinely happy for you when you buy your car and the trade in prices will definitely surprise you. They are a family owned business and you know it as soon as you walk in the door because the atmosphere is amazing. We always end up being there longer than we need to just chit chatting with everyone. I’ll never go anywhere else again. More

DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR FROM THIS PLACE. When I signed for my used 2018 Ford fusion I was told my car had the safety features I asked for. My salesman, Jerome, told me my car had Fordpass and was able to be started all the way from China. Jerome also told me my car would sense my key fob in my purse after I got groceries or came out of work and would unlock for me automatically. After a month of having the car and constantly researching what was wrong, I brought my car to service and was told those functions never existed for my car. Jerome told me that even though the car only had one fob that it would still work at 100%. Come to find out the car does not work at 100% without the second key fob; I cannot see any factory reset codes or reset multiple features without two fobs present. Another lie from Jerome. I stopped my month long car search at this dealer because I found a beautiful car with amazing miles and it had all of the safety features I wanted. I never would have thought that I would be so blatantly lied to and when I brought it up to the used car manager and the service manager they both refused to own up to their salesman’s mistakes. I was told by both to talk to my salesman who, to this day, has still not responded to my messages. I don’t even want this car anymore. I was told my car would be something entirely different than it actually is and I am crushed as a result. More

The sales rep was great, the financing department our guy in particular could of used help he kept pressuring to buy a warranty after telling him no. He kept pushing. We leased a vehicle for Elder Ford and recently return to make a deal for another lease. My wife visited the showroom and met with one of the salespersons. The particular model she was looking at was low on inventory and it was blamed of the new dealership that was being built and off site storage. Her only option given to her was a demo “that’s it”. She left the showroom very disappointed with that sale person and with Elder Ford. We are and have been very loyal customers of Ford for well over 20 years.
