I had a pleasant experience at this dealership. Initially there was a misunderstanding with the availability of a vehicle as it was sold prior but the next day it was remedied with another similar Initially there was a misunderstanding with the availability of a vehicle as it was sold prior but the next day it was remedied with another similar vehicle that I ended up purchasing. I was welcomed immediately by Chris and he was very understanding with what I was looking for and made my request to look at a truck happen. He was very transparent with the condition of the truck and the dealership fixed the issue (replaced the battery and installed a bigger, more powerful battery.) He was upfront with the cost and breakdown of the vehicle and provided the CARFAX as well. At no point did I feel pressured to agree to anything I didn’t want too and he answered every question I had promptly. The financing and speed of the sale was fairly quick and it was a good experience starting the process early in the day online. When I got there to get the truck it wasn’t a long wait compared to other dealerships. Dylan was excellent to work with for the finances as he was able to lower the interest rate in real time. Also did not feel pressured whatsoever when signing the paperwork. I recommend going to this dealership if you’re pursuing a used vehicle and I HIGHLY recommend you request Chris! You will not regret it! More

Nicole was extremely short, and unprofessional with my purchase. I happened to call the dealership before my appointment time to make sure they still had the vehicles I wanted to look at, and she answered purchase. She asked who I had the appointment with, and I said I wasn't sure, she then said oh its actually with me. So I get to the dealership wanting to test drive a couple vehicles, and she just tries to rush through me. Clearly I was not her appointment. And to make matters worse, she also tried pressuring me into making a more expensive financial decision by suggesting that I cut back on things like food and pop to make sure my ride is deemed safe. Just truly unprofessional. More
