Awful customer service Someone in sales referred me to Shelby and said she’s awesome and she would take care of me as best as she could. They were wrong. It almost seemed as if I was an inconvenience to her. After scanning my vehicle she acted like she had no idea what was wrong with my car. I had to get ahold of her myself because she never called me to give me an update on my car. It took them 5 days to get back to me just to tell me that my car would have to be taken to a Chrysler dealership. Instead of having my car taken there for me she made me come and drive it to Chrysler myself. I would not recommend Shelby to anyone and I will not be back. More
