I must tell you I do not like shopping for a new car, I tend to approach it with great dread. I immediately was put at ease when Tim OConnor approached me. His demeanor made the whole process effortless. He listened to what I wanted, showed me my options, and within minutes I was test driving a Ford Escape. Three days later I got a great trade in on my car and everything I wanted in my new car, thanks to Tim going the extra mile. More

I got a fantastic vehicle at a decent price and they worked hard to earn my business. My sales consultant John, was fantastic. Friendly and professional, he worked hard but efficiently to make sure that things went smoothly. The entire staff that I dealt with were great, from Katey to Jeff, Vito and Caleb, all professional and great at customer service. The biggest thing that was different from my last experience was a call I received soon after I expressed an interest in a vehicle online. They offered to take a refundable $100 deposit on the vehicle to reserve it. They didn't do that last time and the vehicle was sold by the time I got there. Not this time. Despite their somewhat inconvenient location, they work extra hard to make good things happen. I'm glad I went to Suburban Ford of Madison Heights. More

Fantastic! So quick and easy!! I was home on leave and needed a new car. I spend two days at a small dealership near my home because it was close, I didn't get anything done in thos I was home on leave and needed a new car. I would go and sit while they did nothing to help me, just give me vehicles I didn't want, out of my price range, ect. So we took a trip to Suburban Ford and was in and out in 3 hours with a brand new Fusion with everything I wanted, for in my price range! It was such a lovely experience. I worked with Tim O'Conner and he was fantastic! Helped me find my exact car I wanted, the gadgets and gizmos, and had me in and out of there in no time! I can't say enough good things about this dealership and the staff! More

We should have gone somewhere else We bought a used vehicle which drove for 3 weeks then the engine went out. We spent an additional $1,000 to get it fixed. We had to repeatedly call for about 2-3 weeks because no on would call us back to let us know when we could pick it up. We drove it solely on the weekends to run errands for 3 months. It's now not running again. We took it to another dealer who recommended we donate or junk it. We decided to donate it. The car was a very used lemon :-( More
Poor Comunication and Customer Service I seen Robert Melly and he seemed nice in person. However after my visit I had to call Robert Twice to find out what was going on. Over a week past I seen Robert Melly and he seemed nice in person. However after my visit I had to call Robert Twice to find out what was going on. Over a week past and I contacted him again. He called back and left a nasty message on my voicemail. Robert said, "I spoke with you and explained that I handed your file over to another department. If you would like me to tell you this again please call me back and I can". He left no name of who I should contact, because clearly I had no idea what was going on, which is why I contacted him again for the third time? Just overall poor service, would not recommend. More

I never even shopped other dealerships, that's how much I enjoyed my purchase experiences from them. However my last purchase this year 2016 the dealership has done a 180 in my opinion. Finance department is incompetent and shady. Sales staff has changed for the worse as far as customer satisfaction. When used cars was on the new dealership side of the road, they were at the top of the class. NOT the case anymore. They have lost a whole family of customers because they lost the touch and seam to only care about the sale. Sorry Suburban, don't change what wasn't broken. Bring back the old sales staff and MAYBE you can redeem yourself. More
