Overall phenomenal customer experience! I was in that market for a new vehicle for nearly two months and I visited a countless number of dealerships. Because I got a notification from Suburban Ford that I could turn in my EDGE early, I took advantage of the program that allowed me to do that. Dave and Lisa Elder helped me pick out the right car for me....a lovely Fusion SE. Over a 3 day period Dave exhibited extreme patience with me, getting cars to look at and drive.
