The dealership took what I wanted and had the truck pulled up in a matter of 15 min after arrival. Test drive and payment discussed within the hour after arrival. My wife purchased a car on 02/25/23. A 2019 Ford Edge. Kristy was the sales person to "help" us. When we took it for a drive I thought it shifted hard once. I mentioned this to Kristy an A 2019 Ford Edge. Kristy was the sales person to "help" us. When we took it for a drive I thought it shifted hard once. I mentioned this to Kristy and she responded "it passed inspection so it is fine". So it was disregarded. Fast forward to exactly 3 months today 05/25/23 and the power-train is slipping. I called to check warranty and because we are 200 miles over the limit we don't get any help. We now have a vehicle we can't drive and owe a LOT of money on. You cant tell me a quick fix wasn't done on this vehicle to get it sold. We are disappointed and hurt. We did enjoy this dealership until now. Do not buy from them. More
