I purchased a used 2014 F150 from their used car department. I had mechanical problems with the engine shortly after driving the vehicle. Not once but twice within the first month. I took the truck to the service department for the repairs. The service representatives I dealt with were helpful and informative. Both problems would have cost me another $5-$6K in repair bills. Service communicated with the Used Car Director Brian Lagodna both times and both times the repairs were paid by the dealer. Needless to say, I am very happy with my experience and the purchase of my truck. Great people. More
Oh my goodness! If every Dealership was run like this one, there wouldn't be any on line car buying going on!!! EVERYONE at this place is not just "nice" but Kind! They behave like you're family & just came into their house! The manager (Brian) goes around hugging his employees & joking with them. My salesman, Michael B was so patient with me! My wife and I came in to drive and purchase a Mustang convertible you had for sale. We had a great ride and gave our sales person our vehicle to have evaluated. The evaluation came back and we prepared t convertible you had for sale. We had a great ride and gave our sales person our vehicle to have evaluated. The evaluation came back and we prepared to go through the paperwork to purchase the vehicle. We were shocked when the sales person went over the figures, which included a $4000 charge for PermaPlate which we were never told about before we started the closing process. We have purchased several vehicles over the past 50 years and never, never were we told we had no choice but to accept the $4000 charge or lose the car. We were also told the service had already been performed, which was impossible since the carpet in the vehicle had plastic on it from the factory and the floor mats were still in plastic in the trunk! The windshield still had stickers on it, so it could not have been done either. I can appreciate the dealership making a fair profit, but the purchaser should have the opportunity to accept or reject a $4000 out of pocket expense, not have it crammed down your throat. We will purchase a new Ford vehicle, just not from your dealership. I know that probably doesn’t matter to you, you will sell the vehicle and someone will pay the PermaPlate costs, it just won’t be me. The sales rep was very good and tried to explain things, but claimed she knew nothing about the additional costs and couldn’t do anything about them. This is one of the worst dealerships I have ever dealt with!! 1] I had to fight to get warranty work done and done properly 2] The workmanship was absolutely horrid and left me and my family in a very with!! 1] I had to fight to get warranty work done and done properly 2] The workmanship was absolutely horrid and left me and my family in a very unsafe environment with the rear four cab bolts on my truck not properly reinstalled. { Ford Corporate dealer rep had my truck fixed at another dealership for he no faith in Suburban's abilities} 3] Service managers and Body shop managers both repeatedly out right lied to me!! 4] asked for the General manager or owner to contact me about issues. NEVER heard a peep out of either of them. I would NEVER recommend using this dealership for purchase or service of any kind. More
I came to Mike excited to build my new vehicle. As the wait time for vehicles increased I got into a pickle where I had to get first available Escape because my vehicle at the time took a turn for As the wait time for vehicles increased I got into a pickle where I had to get first available Escape because my vehicle at the time took a turn for the worst. Mike was so attentive and did everything he could to find me a vehicle as close as possible to the one I had built and ordered. The day I picked it up he has flowers and floor mats waiting for me. I completely broke down and cried because he knew it wasn’t the ideal situation but he still made it all positive. I still visit him when I get it serviced and he always makes time for a quick chat. I am so thankful for his customer service and all around empathy. More
