We had an issue and Christian was very condescending. Never addressed the issue or took responsibility and actually lied. He has zero customer service skills. No stars is more appropriate. Suburban Ford of Sterling Heights is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Had issues with high pitched noise from my Ranger and took it in t Suburban Ford of Sterling Heights is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Had issues with high pitched noise from my Ranger and took it in to get fixed. After they kept the truck for 3 weeks they returned it saying nothing was wrong. 10 months later had it in for a front end alignment (which was poorly done) they found were the noise was coming from, the u-joint on the drive shaft. The problem was so bad that they would not return my truck until the issue fixed, which took another month. All along all I got was false statements, missed repaired dates, and more lies. When I wrote a bad review they tried to bribe me with a free oil change or detailing my truck but only if I removed my review first. With all the lies they told me they expected me to trust that they would do the bribery work. I could go on about all the lies and poorly done work, but I don't have a few hours to write everything down. I would NOT recommend Suburban Ford to a deranged earthworm let alone a person looking for or wanting to service a vehicle. My advice, run from Suburban Ford. More
Mike runs one of the most negligent and unorganized service departments I have ever been to, had a software issue with my car that they caused and he let it sit in the shop for 3 weeks and it took my p service departments I have ever been to, had a software issue with my car that they caused and he let it sit in the shop for 3 weeks and it took my phone call for him to realize how long it had been sitting back there. If you want good customer service stay away from all Suburban Ford dealerships especially Sterling Heights. More
I came in 3/31/25 for my 30,000 mile maintenance on my car. I purchased my car here 3 yrs ago and have received all maintenance from this location. The process was streamline and efficient. I loved the video and text received during service that allowed me to approve new filters for my car. I relayed my experience to the staff where I work (VA Medical Center) in our weekly meeting the next day. The supervisor said, "What dealership is this?" and the staff was impressed by my experience. We all strive for this kind of exemplary customer service. I cannot single out a specific employee because ALL of the staff I have dealt with over the last three years are exceptional. Thank you! He is so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. He is always on top of everything! He makes room for me when my vehicles are in need of service and always gets them in and out as quick as possible. I would love to give a nice review of my experience and Suburban ford. I am not able to do so. I brought my F350 truck in for a check engine light at the end of July and it is still there. I have met with the Scott Morosky and it was very unsatisfactory. I shared ideas that he just could not consider. I have been waiting without getting a loaner, truck/car rental money or a date that I can expect my truck back. I am not getting calls about the progress and my original service person will not talk to me about it. I feel my repeating calls, three time going in person and contacting For customer service has been met with a shrug. Thank you More

We purchased a used truck and a very expensive extended warranty. We drove it fewer than 300 miles and took it in for a problem that should be covered by the warranty, They had the truck for over a month warranty. We drove it fewer than 300 miles and took it in for a problem that should be covered by the warranty, They had the truck for over a month and no one called. My husband then got the run around from the service and 2 conflicting reports. One that they had started the work and another to say they just started the work. They now are saying to get to the problem they would destroy a part and we would have to pay for that part. Very disappointed as the part they say we have to pay for will cost more that the warranty we bought. I will be pursuing this further as the whole repair should be covered. More
