On Friday, I called your dealership to ask about availability for a 2013 Ford Escape. They first told me it wasn’t available, so I thanked them and ended the call. On Tuesday, someone named Leo from availability for a 2013 Ford Escape. They first told me it wasn’t available, so I thanked them and ended the call. On Tuesday, someone named Leo from your dealership called me back and said the vehicle was available. I told him what went on friday, and I was about to close a deal elsewhere and asked him to double-check. He checked and called me back about ten minutes later confirming that the vehicle was indeed available. Then on Wednesday morning, a woman from your dealership called me, asking whether I was still coming in because the car was ready and waiting for me. I told her I was coming from far away and kindly asked her to confirm once more. She checked and said everything was good. While I was driving there, they called me twice to check if I was going there. When I arrived, a sales representative—almost mockingly—told me the vehicle had been sold. I left the store without creating a any trouble cuz another customers was arround I do respect businesses, even though the situation was unacceptable. Afterward, I called to speak with the USED Sales Manager, yet he did not have the courage to speak to me, nor did he show the basic courtesy of calling me back to apologize. , I suffered financial loss and wasted 2Hr dirve back and fortyh a significant amount of time. Fortunately, I had the sense to record their phone confirmations saying the car was available. We will see what legal steps we can take—my attorney and I are reviewing the situation. More

I would love to give a nice review of my experience and Suburban ford. I am not able to do so. I brought my F350 truck in for a check engine light at the end of July and it is still there. I have met with the Scott Morosky and it was very unsatisfactory. I shared ideas that he just could not consider. I have been waiting without getting a loaner, truck/car rental money or a date that I can expect my truck back. I am not getting calls about the progress and my original service person will not talk to me about it. I feel my repeating calls, three time going in person and contacting For customer service has been met with a shrug. Thank you More

Would not recommend purchasing a used vehicle from this place as the used vehicle I purchased needs a 1000$ repair job not even 1 week and 70 miles later and they won't do anything to make it right. We purchased a used truck and a very expensive extended warranty. We drove it fewer than 300 miles and took it in for a problem that should be covered by the warranty, They had the truck for over a month warranty. My husband then got the run around from the service and 2 conflicting reports. One that they had started the work and another to say they just started the work. They now are saying to get to the problem they would destroy a part and we would have to pay for that part. Very disappointed as the part they say we have to pay for will cost more that the warranty we bought. I will be pursuing this further as the whole repair should be covered. More
