Akshaybs while we never like to hear of these situations happening, it is only when customers point out where we failed that we can improve. We are very serious about being transparent and properly representing the Honda Certified program. The first vehicle, even with the damage report on the CARFAX still qualified under Honda’s guidelines. We followed their rules in certifying the vehicle. As for the second vehicle we obviously dropped the ball on that one, and your visit helped us correct it. Thank you. It might be too late to further assist you in your search.
