I was nervous about all the paperwork I had to fill out and that I didn't have enough knowledge about what I what I was doing.He took care of the paperwork,the old lease return ,and the license plate transfer.(costumer service 5)Two days later he met me at Muckey shorr,where I got my remote starter uninstalled from my old lease car and installed on my new vehicle and he even gave me a loaner to use during the wait period that day (overall experience 5). This was our first experience with a Honda dealer and it went very well. Our salesperson was John Butler. My husband explained what we were looking for and told him we would be back in about an hour. Upon our return to the dealership JB took us right to the vehicles and answered all of our questions. Once the test drive of the vehicle we selected was complete we all sat down and discussed pricing. JB worked with us and made suggestions on how we could stay in range of our budget. He was patient in taking back whatever offer we made and never made us feel rushed. My husband and I were given the time needed to discuss in private what we would agree upon. We would certainly recommend John Butler to anyone looking for a pleasant car buying experience. I rate JB a 5(GREAT). The only area I rate a 4(GOOD)is the final price and only because it wasn't the exact price we had in mind when we enter the dealership. But the price was good and we got more features then we initially were looking at. We have not had to use the service department yet and therefore cannot rate this area.
