I was shopping with my husband for a car for me, and Jon directed all conversations about needs and price to me, instead of defaulting to my husband like I've experienced in the past with salespeople. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the features in each of the cars, and he told me about so many interesting, helpful features that I probably never would have found on my own. He advocated on our behalf to negotiate the price of the car and how much I would get for my trade-in. The entire time I spent with him was relaxed and fun, instead of the tense and stressful day I worried I would have. Jon personally made sure the car was detailed to perfection and that we had everything we wanted before driving off the lot. Even once the sale was "done," he kept in constant communication with us. Jon's honesty, thoroughness, and thoughtfulness made me so comfortable and confident with my car buying experience. I feel like I got the same experience and service he would have given his own family. I love that Jon was committed to me, with no distractions, during the time I spent at the dealership.
