Patrick Wilson and Bob Spurgeon were very helpful to me at service. They both provided A+ service! My sensors on my Honda Accord were not working properly. I called Bob on Friday around 5:30 pm, before t at service. They both provided A+ service! My sensors on my Honda Accord were not working properly. I called Bob on Friday around 5:30 pm, before they were closed for the day. I got his voicemail, and left a message, and he called me 2 minutes later and set up an appointment on Monday. When I arrived Monday, Patrick took care of me, and as soon as I got the diagnostic about my car, he explained everything thoroughly. He made sure I got a complementary ride home as they needed a part to be ordered, and were going to be able to get to it the next morning. As soon as the job was done, Patrick called me and even offered to have my car delivered to my house if more convenient for me. I was able to get a ride, and picked up the car in person, and I personally thanked Patrick and Bob in person for their help. Going forward I know that for oil changes, or any other maintenance issues for my car, I will be coming back to Suburban Honda for all my service. They made me feel very important, and my customer experience was top notch! I highly recommend them to anyone! More

My husband and I recently purchased a used 2018 Honda Odyssey van from Suburban Honda. Through a friend, we were referred to Joey Demilio. We called to let him know what we were interested in and that we Odyssey van from Suburban Honda. Through a friend, we were referred to Joey Demilio. We called to let him know what we were interested in and that we were coming in. When we got to the dealership, Joey immediately greeted us and already had the car pulled around to the front of the store for us to look at. He did a “walk thru” of the entire car with us, pointing out all of its features (some we didn’t even know it had!) so that was very helpful! He was very knowledgeable about the car and he knew answer to every single question we asked. He insisted that we take it for a test drive and even though at this time we had two of our children with us, he even offered to help us install the car seats to use during the test drive. We drove it and loved it and decided we wanted to purchase it but were unable to purchase that day due to the time of day and needed to get back home for our other children after school. He Insisted he would hold the van for us until the next morning. We arrived the next morning with two vehicles; one we wanted to trade in. Let me tell you - our purchase and signing process was amazing! I couldn’t give it more stars. At this time, we had to bring all four of our kids with us (which all are under 7 so it can be a little crazy) and Joey didn’t even flinch! He insisted we get Th m situated inside the van with a movie on. He went through everything with us twice (once with myself which my husband was in the van distracting the kids and then again with my husband when we switched places). He did everything quickly and was so patient with us and our kids. He went through everything in depth and continuously Asked us if we had questions and wanted to make sure we were comfortable with the purchase. He was so nice and really attentive with us. I never once felt like I was “talking with a used car salesman”. He NEVER made me feel like that and honestly treated us like family royalty. He even got us an extra set of headphones for our other kid. He really went above and beyond and I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend him and would recommend him and Suburban Honda for any future car purchases to everyone I know! Im 110% pleased with our purchase and experience! 10 out of 5 stars for both Joey and Suburban Honda! More
