Bad "service" I purchased my Honda Accord from Suburban Honda in April 2016, and have since had an issue with the driver's seat. I brought this to the attention of I purchased my Honda Accord from Suburban Honda in April 2016, and have since had an issue with the driver's seat. I brought this to the attention of one of the service staff and he was supposed to have the service manager contact me. It's been two months and I've heard nothing from this man. I've been back to the dealership three times - in the middle of the day - to talk to him specifically about this issue, but each time he "had left for the day." I was even told by another service member, "there's nothing I can do until he (service manager) gets in touch with you. Complete brush off! This type of treatment makes me wish I had never bought a vehicle from the Suburban flagship. More

Poor Experience I came in looking for a Honda Accord. Test drove the vehicle, everything OK and went to sit down with Joey to discuss the price. Instead of simply saying "I'm sorry, but there's no room for negotiation on this price point" he condescendingly talked down to me for ten minutes and treated me as inferior because of my inexperience purchasing vehicles.
