After looking online at the Suburban Honda website I found a car I was interested in. When I called I was directed to Joey Demilio. Joey was enthusiastic about telling me about the car and invited me found a car I was interested in. When I called I was directed to Joey Demilio. Joey was enthusiastic about telling me about the car and invited me in to test drive it. He gave me information about the car and made the price sound great so my wife and I drove the extra distance to their dealership. After looking at the Ford Focus we decided it did not have all the extras on it that we wanted. Joey looked in their inventory and found a 2002 Honda Civic that he said would give us great mileage and last a very long time without problems. We took a test drive and loved it. Joey worked on the price because it was more than we had planned. He checked with his manager twice. He even offered to let us take it home and have our mechanic check it out. So that was what we were going to do. But then the manager told Joey to offer us a price that we couldn't pass up because it was the last day of the month. If we bought it right then we saved even more. Being smart shoppers you can guess what we did. I drove it home and it is a great car. My wife followed in another car. Joey filled up the gas tank and washed the car. Only drawback was that when I got home I told my wife that they only had 1 key to the car and so it is going to cost us money to get a second key. It would have been nice if they had offered to pay for the key. I was told to go to any Honda dealer and buy one. More

I went into Suburban Honda knowing exactly what I wanted. When I got there Steve just handed me the key and said "take 25-30 minutes, or longer if you'd like" I felt as if I had interrupted his lunch break. So, I took the car for a drive and ultimately ended up buying it. This is my FIRST car purchase as a young adult. Two days later I had to replace the headlight (no big deal) and then one week later my check engine and oil light came on! I had to put 3Q of oil in it because it was so dry! The gasket had turned which was causing oil to spew all over the road. Luckily, Suburban offered to fix this because it was under their 30day warranty. After that I had no problems, up until last week when I kept hearing funny rumbling sounds coming from the back. Turns out the rear muffle is broken and was a $325 fix. So, before my SECOND car payment I have already put in about $500 in repairs!! AND not to mention I never received a single THANK YOU WE APPRECIATE your business from the dealership. I mean hell, I usually get at least 3 from dealerships I DONT EVEN BUY FROM! Overall, I am just frustrated and unimpressed with this dealership. I will not be recommending anyone nor will I be shopping there for when I need my next car. Way yo build your clientele Steve! More

I located the vehicle, a 2010 Dodge Journey, metallic blue, on line in the evening on a Friday night. Our experience was great. Joe Janosky delivered both of the cars we purchased to our home in Ann Arbor. Furthermore because one of the ordered parts was back ordered he returned to our house to pick up th the cars we purchased to our home in Ann Arbor. Furthermore because one of the ordered parts was back ordered he returned to our house to pick up the car to have the part installed. This is exemplary service. The price for the two cars was competitive. We obtained the pricing via email. Of the 8 retailers we contacted, Surburban Honda provided the clearest and most complete listing of the price, option prices and fees/taxes. It was a very positive experience. More
