I was on the hunt for a specific model and trim which turned out to be very hard to find, and ended up finding it on their website. Troy is a 3.5 hour trip from me, so it was important that everything was set before going down. Jake made the whole process easy for me and ensure I was able to get the car I want without a lot of hassle. They even worked out for me to be able to have my mom cosign virtually since we could not come down at the same time. Because of this, I am very glad I decided to make the 3.5 hour drive to Troy to get this car! More
Great service experience. Repairs completed in promised estimated time frame. From sales to service, even the restrooms were super clean. Well kept dealership. Service Advisor, Jake was great. He was very patient with me and addressed my concerns moving forward with my car. Waiting area was very clean with plenty of space for everyone. I’m leaving this review to help future buyers avoid a misleading experience. The vehicle I purchased was advertised on Cars.com as having remote start, listed alongside built-in features like adaptive misleading experience. The vehicle I purchased was advertised on Cars.com as having remote start, listed alongside built-in features like adaptive cruise control, heated seats, keyless entry, push-button start, and a power liftgate. Based on how it was presented, it was completely reasonable to believe remote start was a built-in feature of the vehicle. After purchase, I discovered the vehicle does not have a traditional remote start. The only way to use remote start is through a paid subscription, currently $150 per year. This recurring cost was not disclosed prior to purchase. When I raised the issue, the dealership offered $75 to cover only 1/2 year of the subscription. That does not come close to matching the value of what was advertised. A remote start is typically a one-time, permanent feature — not an ongoing expense the buyer must continue paying for year after year. This feels misleading, and the resolution offered does not fairly address the issue. I would strongly encourage future buyers to verify every listed feature in writing and ask whether anything requires a paid subscription before purchasing. Very disappointed in how this was handled. Very friendly and helpful staff! They work together. Did not feel at all like they were hard driving salespeople which appealed to me. Clean and bright showroom They work together. Did not feel at all like they were hard driving salespeople which appealed to me. Clean and bright showroom More
