My husband and I gave Infiniti of Novi and there employees a great review because they meet all our needs. We were just going to look and test drive a car but after meeting with Renee and being off employees a great review because they meet all our needs. We were just going to look and test drive a car but after meeting with Renee and being offered an incredible deal we ended up buying that day. Renee was very knowledgeable and friendly. She went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase and is even coming to our house to check in with us in a couple of weeks. Charles was phenomenal, very professional and friendly. We highly recommend purchasing from Suburban Infiniti and will definitely do business with them again in the future. More

I recently bought used 2007 Honda Odyssey from Suburban Infinity of Novi. My first visit was with Jean-Joseph and it was great experience for me. He gave me all details of the car as well as gave me a long enough test drive( on local road and highway) to make my decision as easy as possible. I was looking for Odyssey from last year and I have been to so many different dealership, but Jean sold me this car on that day. I felt so much confident buying this car with help of Jean.
