Long story short, after making an appointment to see a car they had for sale the following day, and confirming the time I’d arrive at the dealership a few hours prior to arriving on the day of, arrived fo car they had for sale the following day, and confirming the time I’d arrive at the dealership a few hours prior to arriving on the day of, arrived for my appointment to be told the car had sold free day before. I forgot to mention…we live in Chicago so had drove 4+ hours. Really nothing else I can say without getting upset all over again. More

Peggy Beattie was very patient with me as I looked at multiple vehicles. Thanks Peggy! My experience at Suburban Toyota of Troy (STT) was great EXCEPT they would NOT work with my credit union (Dort Feder multiple vehicles. Thanks Peggy! My experience at Suburban Toyota of Troy (STT) was great EXCEPT they would NOT work with my credit union (Dort Federal) on financing. Instead, I got stuck with Wells Fargo and their terrible, 4.89%, interest rate. My car cost $23,500, my credit score is 775 and I put $10,000 down. That interest rate is a sham. I’ll be refinancing with my credit union at 1.99%. :) More
